Struise Witte is the first beer De Struise Brouwers brewed in 2001, born from a creative experiment on an ostrich farm in Lo-Reninge. This witbier combines classic Belgian wheat beer character with a refined approach. On the nose, the beer presents wheat, yeast and subtle floral hop notes. The palate shows bready malt with gentle spice and a pleasant balance between soft bitterness and fruity esters. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a light to medium body that makes this witbier genuinely drinkable without pretension.
