The brewery, set in the countryside around Brussels, has been crafting spontaneously fermented beers with natural ingredients since 1795. This gueuze earned a Golden Medal at the beverage testing institute's world championship in 1995. The flavour profile is sweeter and fuller than many drier gueuzes, with notes of apple, red grapes, and subtle wood undertones. The beer presents a light body with soft carbonation, creating an approachable and balanced drinking experience.
