Gulpener Biologisch IPA is an organic craft beer rooted in local partnership. The hops come from Roger Wouters in nearby Reijmerstok, who has been cultivating five hop varieties specifically for Gulpener since 1997. Four of these varieties feature in this IPA, added during both the boil and the maturation process. The beer presents a hoppy, fruity and crisp profile with medium body. Citrus and grassy hop aromas lead into a medium bitter flavour balanced by subtle sweetness. Clean and approachable, it showcases the character of its regional hop source.
