At 6.3% ABV, it delivers a direct, assertive hop character without excess alcohol warmth. The nose reveals intense hop aromatics: citrus peel, grapefruit, and orange zest, complemented by subtle tropical fruit and peach notes. On the palate, citrus and grapefruit dominate, with hints of mandarin and a pronounced, dry bitterness that brings grass and resin into play. The finish is clean and dry, with a lingering hop bitterness that remains pleasant and integrated. A straightforward, well-defined West Coast IPA.
