Flavortown 2 - Bi Fieri is an Imperial Porter from SALT, created in collaboration with The Queer Brewing Project. This was a distinctive production run: from a single 2000-litre base beer, the brewers crafted five separate fruited variants, each with its own identity. At 8% ABV, this dark brew delivers full-bodied complexity. The aroma reveals subtle malt and honey notes. On the palate, light malt character combines with gentle sweetness and spice. A well-balanced Imperial Porter that respects the rich, dark malt foundation of the style.
