Dåble Dæte is a Double Black IPA born from a collaboration between Amsterdam's Brouwerij Poesiat & Kater and Danish brewery Mikkeller. This ambitious beer merges the dark, roasted character of a Black IPA with the full-bodied hop intensity of a Double IPA. Brewed with cascade and crystal hops, it delivers a layered flavour profile. The aroma reveals tropical fruit notes alongside coffee and roasted grain. On the palate, coffee, caramel and light roasted malt emerge, balanced by assertive hop bitterness. At 7.5% ABV, the beer carries warming alcohol and substantial body. A beer for those who embrace dark malts and bold hop character.
