Bride is Oedipus Brewing's take on a drier witbier style, crafted by the Amsterdam-based brewery founded in 2012 by four friends united by curiosity and a love of craft beer. Fresh orange and tangerine peel combine with hoppy citrus notes and a subtle green pepper spice to create a beer that feels both refined and approachable. Light and crisp on the palate, Bride avoids the sweetness typical of many wheat beers in favour of a clean, dry finish. The citrus character remains present throughout, making it a versatile choice for food or casual drinking. The beer took gold at the 2025 Dutch Beer Challenge.
