Bokbier from Bierbrouwerij De Roos is a traditional German-style bock brewed at the Netherlands' only authentic working village brewery. Located in Hilvarenbeek since 1877, De Roos crafts this 7% bock using nineteenth-century methods in a fully preserved historic setting. This dark bock delivers malt-forward character with subtle notes of caramel and roasted grain. It is a robust, rounded beer that reflects the heritage of this remarkable brewery, where 130 volunteers have kept the craft alive since 1995.
