Three Demons is the second beer from Happy Demons, a microbrewery founded in Hoofddorp in 2021. This Belgian-style tripel is brewed with three grain varieties, crafted with patience and passion. The tripel shows a golden-yellow, slightly hazy appearance with a persistent head. The nose reveals sweet malt and fruity notes with a hint of alcohol warmth. On the palate, it delivers a full and spicy character with sweet malt and fruit, finishing with a soft, clean aftertaste.
