Cervesa Espiga crafts this Amber Ale in the Penedès wine region near Barcelona. It's an approachable American-style beer with a warm, rounded character on the palate. Toasted malts and caramel provide depth, balanced by soft bitterness and subtle fruity notes. At 4.5% ABV, it drinks smoothly without heaviness. The brewery, founded in 2012 by head brewer Arnau Rovira and sales manager Teresa Galván, began as a nomadic operation before establishing roots in Sant Llorenç d'Hortons. Their first releases in 2013 were a Blonde Ale and Pale Ale, both still in production today.
