At 8% ABV, this strong ale presents a layered profile of dark fruits, caramel sweetness and subtle spice. The nose reveals ripe red fruit and sweet malt character. The palate unfolds with plum, cherry and dark fruit notes, supported by soft caramel malt and a whisper of spice. The mouthfeel is smooth with fine carbonation, reminiscent of red wine.
