Big Drop Off-Piste is an alcohol-free porter from London-based Big Drop Brewing Co., founded in 2016 by former City lawyer Rob Fink. This is a porter made without alcohol—a rare technical achievement in brewing. The taste opens with malty sweetness before moving into dark chocolate bitterness, reminiscent of bourbon biscuits. Big Drop uses a special fermentation process where yeast produces minimal alcohol rather than stripping it out afterward. Off-Piste is brewed from water, malted barley, wheat, oats and hops. Big Drop is dedicated exclusively to beers at or below 0.5% ABV, each crafted to deliver flavour and aroma despite the ultra-low alcohol content.
