About
A bold collaboration between vandeStreek and Bronckhorster Brewing Company, this Triple Black IPA was aged in cognac barrels to deepen its character. The beer starts with assertive hop bitterness and roasted malt complexity—dark, coffee and chocolate-forward—then gains warmth and oak influence from months in wood. At 12% ABV, it's a serious, full-bodied expression. The cognac barrel finish adds subtle sweetness and vinous depth to an otherwise dry, uncompromising hop profile. This is a beer for drinkers who embrace intensity: bitter, warming, and built to linger. Best appreciated slowly and at cellar temperature.
