Thornbridge DDH Jaipur is a pioneering IPA from Derbyshire that has become a cornerstone beer since the brewery's founding in 2005. Built on a solid British backbone of Maris Otter malt, it is dosed with American hops delivering citrus, stone fruit, and pine character. The double dry hop method amplifies these aromatics without overwhelming bitterness. At 5.9% ABV with tight carbonation, the beer remains composed and elegant. The mouthfeel is soft and oily, while the palate opens with juicy citrus and grapefruit, followed by floral hop complexity. Bitterness emerges cleanly in the finish, delivering a dry, controlled aftertaste that keeps the beer refreshing and balanced.
