Zachte IJssel is a weizen from Stadsbrouwerij Hettinga Bier in Zwolle, crafted with care and attention to quality. This wheat beer lives up to its name with a soft, approachable character and modest 5.5% ABV. The brewery bottles its beers unfiltered and unpasteurised, allowing the full flavour of the ingredients to shine through. Founded in 2008 by Focke Hettinga and Joyce Orsel, Hettinga Bier sources barley grown on Overijsselse soil and brews with revitalised water.
