Miss Delicious is a Gose from 100 Watt Brewery (formerly Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven) in Eindhoven. This light, refreshing sour beer emerged from a creative experiment: a single 2000-litre batch of base wort was divided by Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo into five different fruity variants. The beer pours pale yellow and clear with a fine, creamy white head. The nose showcases lactic character with fresh, lightly fruity and slightly peppery notes. The palate delivers lactic acid, gentle sourness and grapefruit, true to the Gose style's balance of salt and tartness.
