Salikatt Stavanger Hazeburst is a New England Triple IPA brewed by Salikatt in Stavanger, Norway, at 10% ABV. Founded in 2017, the brewery focuses on contemporary hop-forward styles with a philosophy of quality over scale. This hazy IPA presents a full, fruit-driven character with piney and grassy undertones. The nose is floral and tropical, showcasing distinct pineapple and citrus notes. On the palate, fruit and hop take centre stage, finishing with a pleasant bitterness that dries cleanly. Hazeburst is built on a solid malt foundation of Golden Promise and oats, then layered with Motueka, Talus and Citra hops.
