The Kriek 100% Lambic Bio blends aged lambics with 200 grams of organic sour cherries per litre. The result is a dry, refreshing kriek where the sourness frames rather than overwhelms the cherry character, with subtle almond notes adding complexity. Crisp tannins provide structure and grip without heaviness, making it a beer best enjoyed fresh and unpretentious.
