At 7.8% ABV, this unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally carbonated beer delivers a chewy body and deep golden colour. American hops lead the charge with citrus fruit character—orange, orange pith and pink grapefruit—alongside piney, resinous notes. Beneath the hop bite sits understated caramel sweetness and light biscuit malt, keeping the bitterness in check without cloying. Thumper carries more body and presence than traditional British ales, benefiting from Kinnegar's primary fermentation carbonation method. A robust, food-friendly Imperial IPA with genuine depth.
