The Quantic River from Guaja Brewery is a Spanish Imperial IPA crafted with double dry-hopping technique. Mosaic and Citra hops form the foundation, enhanced with Citra Cryo for added intensity. At 7.9% ABV and 40 IBU, this hazy IPA balances fruity aromatics with hop-driven bitterness. The beer displays a deep yellow-to-orange hue beneath a firm white head.
