This refined brown ale features a subtle infusion of pecan nuts, adding layers of roasted nut and sweet, woodsy character. The aroma reveals warm malt, chocolate and hints of nuttiness. On the palate, sweet malt balances with restrained bitterness, revealing notes of dark chocolate and roasted nuts. The finish is clean and dry, with no harsh alcohol despite a respectable 5.7% ABV.
