Polychrome is a New England IPA from Fuerst Wiacek, the Berlin brewery that brewed Germany's first commercially available hazy IPA in 2016. This beer showcases the hop-forward philosophy of Georg Fürst and Lukasz Wiacek, whose passion for craft beer began during weekend homebrewing sessions. The flavour strikes a refined balance between light biscuity malt and juicy, tropical hop character with citrus and resinous notes.
