Neon Moon is a Triple IPA from Fuerst Wiacek in Berlin, brewed in collaboration with Wren House Brewing Co from Phoenix, Arizona. At 10% ABV, this is a full-bodied and complex IPA, double dry-hopped with Citra and HBC 586. The aroma reveals fruity and floral hop character with supporting malt notes. On the palate, a juicy, full-bodied experience unfolds with citrus, tropical fruit, and a pleasant bitterness that lingers through the finish. Fuerst Wiacek has been brewing in Berlin since 2016, founded by two friends who met at a climbing gym. The brewery sources German malts and British specialty grains, giving this Triple IPA its distinctive character.
