Falcon Julbrygd is Sweden's beloved Christmas lager, brewed at Falcon since 1898 using the same recipe year after year. This dark lager marries the full-bodied character of roasted malt with soft, delicate sweetness and a restrained bitterness from aroma hops. The beer presents dark brown in colour with a beige head. The aroma leads with roasted malt, dark fruit, chocolate and toasted grain. On the palate, malty and fruity notes emerge alongside toffee and subtle chocolate, with a medium body and mild hop bitterness that finishes clean and balanced.
