De Witte Buizerd from Hummelo crafts this traditional Bock with fruity character. The beer emerged from a distinctive experiment: a single base batch of 2000 litres was developed into five different fruity variants, a project involving Brouwerij Brouwersnös from Groenlo. The Bokkebier presents itself as a straightforward, classic beer with fresh fruity notes. At 5% ABV, it offers an approachable entry into the bock style without heavy alcohol warmth. The brewery, founded in 2016, has established itself quickly in Hummelo, a town with a rich brewing heritage spanning the 17th to 19th centuries.
