We Pie To Party is a fruited sour ale born from a collaboration between Crooked Spider in Wassenaar and FIRST Craft Beer from Budapest. From a single base brew of 2000 litres, five distinct fruity variants emerged, each with its own identity. This is a robust sour at 8.2% ABV where fruit takes centre stage. The sour balances tartness with fruity character in a well-crafted blend. The name captures the celebratory, welcoming spirit of the beer – a sour that appeals not just to enthusiasts, but to anyone drawn to bold, fruit-forward flavours.
