Taiga Forest from Cervejaria Octopus is a Brazilian Imperial IPA brewed at 8.5% ABV in the New England Double IPA style. Tropical fruit aromas and flavours take centre stage—pineapple, mango and passion fruit are prominent throughout. The beer combines a soft, fruity palate with a floral hop character and a clean bitter finish. Medium-full body and crisp carbonation create a well-rounded, refreshing character despite the higher alcohol content.
