Schinner Braunbier is a traditional dark lager from Bayreuth, brewed by Bürgerbräu Schinner in Bavaria. Braunbier is a rare historical style with nearly 500 years of heritage, now produced by only a handful of breweries. This beer is crafted with fine aroma hops and local barley malt. The beer presents a dark ruby-red colour with good clarity and firm head. The nose reveals sweet malt, rye bread, spice and subtle roasted character. On the palate, it delivers a dry, clean profile with a crisp bitter finish that defines the style.
