Pico Fruta by Brussels Beer Project is an alcohol-free fruit beer born from an experimental brewing approach. From a single 2000-litre base batch, five distinct fruity variants emerged, each with its own identity. The beer combines water, barley malt, flaked wheat and hops with a carefully chosen fruit blend: pahto, peach, pear and elderberry. A specialised yeast creates fruity esters while keeping alcohol content minimal.
