Brouwerij het Veem, based in a converted Philips warehouse on Strijp-S in Eindhoven, has been crafting distinctive craft beers since 2015. Powerhouse is a Porter with dark, smoky character. The nose reveals coffee and pure chocolate, with the palate following suit through roasted malt and clean bitterness. The beer carries a light body and crisp carbonation, finishing dry and refreshing. At 6% ABV, this Porter strikes a balance between flavour depth and drinkability, avoiding heaviness while delivering genuine character.
