Viven Blond is the original recipe from Beerdevelopment Viven, the brewing project of master brewer Krystle Kerckaert in Belgian Damme. This pale blonde ale is soft and refreshing, with fruity notes of peach and citrus that define its character. A subtle bitterness in the finish makes it a true thirst quencher. Brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, oats and rye—nothing but the four basic ingredients of beer—Viven Blond balances fruitiness with drinkability at 6.1% ABV. It pairs naturally with many dishes and salads, offering an approachable yet distinctive Belgian blonde experience.
