Sint Joris IPA from Brouwerij St. Joris in Breda is brewed with Slovenian aroma hops rather than the typical American varieties. This gives the IPA an approachable bitterness and fresh, fruity character. The beer offers plenty of tropical fruit notes with a subtle dryness in the finish. The brewery is located in the medieval cellar of the Boterhal from 1483, where classic beer styles with their own story have been brewed since 2016. The name references Saint George and the historic guild of archers that was housed in the building for centuries.
