About
Ketelbinkie from Brouwerij Homeland is a low-alcohol Session NEIPA that proves restraint on ABV need not mean compromise on flavour. Brewed in Amsterdam with equal parts oats, wheat and barley, this beer achieves a soft, full body despite its modest 3.5% alcohol content. Late additions of Rakau and Lemondrop hops deliver a fresh, fruity character with notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit. The beer pours a clear orange with a white head and drinks with pleasant dryness. Low bitterness and residual sugar provide balance, making this an approachable everyday beer that doesn't sacrifice substance for lower alcohol.
