About
Private Functions is an Imperial IPA from Boundary Brewing Cooperative, Belfast's only co-operative brewery. At 8% ABV, this double IPA takes a bold hop-forward approach, dry hopped with 22 g/l of Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Amarillo. The trio of hop varieties delivers a complex aromatic profile with tropical fruit, citrus and resinous character. On the palate, a full body and rich malt foundation support the assertive bitterness, which integrates smoothly into a dry finish. The beer balances drinkability with serious flavour, avoiding unnecessary harshness. Boundary Brewing's reputation for hop-forward and sour beers shines through here, underpinned by quality malts and precise brewing technique.
