Brouwerij Halve Tamme from Zevenbergen presents the second release of their Solera Sour Wild Project, a fermentation initiative built on three base recipes—wheat, rye and spelt—that form the solera foundation. This expression aged for two years in ex-red wine oak before fresh blueberries were introduced. The result is a refreshing, fruit-forward sour ale with blueberry character and gentle acidity. It pairs well with light dishes: salads, poultry, white fish and young cheeses. At 6% ABV, the beer feels elegant and balanced.
