De Witte Vos from Brouwerij Grensgeval is a wheat beer at 7% ABV, named after a Brabant folk tale about the smuggler the White Fox from Reusel in the Kempen region. The Luyksgestel brewery merges Belgian brewing tradition with Dutch boldness. This wheat beer emerged from a distinctive brewing experiment: a single 2000-litre base batch was split into five different fruity variants. The result is a wheat beer with character, blending traditional weizen qualities with the playful innovation of the brewers.
