A collaboration between Brewski of Helsingborg and Omnipollo, two Scandinavian breweries that combined their talents on this inventive fruited gose. The BFF Blueberry Fluff Forever features 1100 kg of fresh blueberries, rounded out with marshmallow, vanilla and a pinch of salt. The result is a thick, creamy gose where the blueberry shines brightest on the finish—dry, tart and loaded with berry character. This is no subtle fruit beer. Blueberry leads throughout, supported by the gose's characteristic saltiness. The texture is creamy and present, which pairs well with the marshmallow and vanilla touches. At 4.5% ABV, it's an approachable and flavourful refresher.
