Brewed with elderflower, Otto balances delicate fruity and floral aromatics with characteristic peach notes from complex fruit esters. Fermented with wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, it develops a refined tartness and layered flavour profile. At just 3% ABV, Otto is a light, refreshing beer that embodies authentic Berlin brewing traditions. All Schneeeule beers were bottle-fermented with Brettanomyces, contributing distinctive funky character. The brewery has recently closed, making Otto a rare and valuable addition to any collection.
