The 3 Monts Triple Grande Réserve from Brasserie de Saint-Sylvestre is a classic from northern France. This brewery, located in Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel between three hills, has brewed since at least 1600 and remains the sole surviving brewery in French Flanders. The 3 Monts Triple was introduced in 1985 and has established itself as a refined expression of the tripel style. This tripel delivers full malt character with a satisfying bitter finish. The beer reveals itself as it warms in the glass, unfolding its complexity gradually. At 9.5% alcohol, it presents a noticeable warmth without becoming dominant.
