Torpah 90 is a single-hop pale ale from Brasserie C in Liège, brewed exclusively with Chinook hops. This beer showcases what one hop variety can deliver: a powerful citrus aroma with distinct resinous character and fruity depth. The palate is assertively hopped with notes of lemon and spice, anchored by a solid malt backbone. Brasserie C, founded in 2012 by two beer enthusiasts, François and Renaud, occupies a charming 17th-century building at the foot of the Montagne de Bueren. Torpah 90 is part of a series of single-hop experiments that reveal the personality of individual hop varieties.
