Eem Xtreem Chinook is a robust IPA from Bierbrouwerij De Eem in Elburg. Originally brewed between 2009 and 2016, this beer was revived in 2016 as part of a brewery anniversary celebration. At 7.3% ABV, it delivers assertive hop bitterness and a full-bodied character. The Xtreem Chinook blends Pilsner and caramel malts with a hop combination of Galena, Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe and Amarillo. This creates a layered profile where yeast-derived fruit notes meet the distinctive bitterness of the hop varieties. The beer reflects Brouwerij De Eem's signature approach: balancing sweet and bitter elements with fruity aromatics.
