The Grand Inquisitor is an Imperial Stout from Bang the Elephant Brewing Co, an English brewery known for experimental small-batch beers. This collaboration with Emperor's Brewery brought together both breweries' Imperial Stout recipes, fermented with organic maple syrup, coffee beans and pecans. The interplay of coffee, nuts and sweet notes creates a full-bodied, rich stout with layered complexity. At 11.1% ABV and 80 IBU, this beer delivers a robust character with well-integrated bitterness and warmth.
