Mooser Liesl Helles is brewed by Arcobräu Gräfliches Brauhaus, a family-owned Bavarian brewery in Moos with 450 years of history. This is a classic Munich Helles: bright golden-yellow with a fine, creamy head. The aroma offers delicate malt sweetness reminiscent of white bread, subtle pear, and soft grassy and floral Hallertau hop notes. On the palate, moderately sweet malt combines with a grainy character and the softly earthy quality of noble hops, with hints of honey emerging. The finish is smooth and clean. An easy-drinking, light lager with medium carbonation—true to the Helles tradition of understated elegance and drinkability.
