Antwerpse Brouw Compagnie Populus 6921 zuiderbuur
About
Populus 6921 ZuiderBuur is a collaborative tripel born from friendship between Dutch neighbours in Duiven and Antwerpse Brouw Compagnie in Antwerp. It marks Populus 6921's first international brewing venture, a four-grain tripel built on barley, wheat, oats and buckwheat—a departure from the three-grain tradition. Golden and hazy in the glass, it presents with white foam. The nose carries citrus and spice, with subtle notes of mint and linden flower. The palate brings ripe yellow fruit, dried fruit character and a ginger-like prickle. The body is creamy and noticeably sweet, finishing with gentle bitterness.
