't Leste Lot is the blonde ale from Amelander Bierbrouwerij, based in Ballum on the island of Ameland. This top-fermented beer is brewed unpasteurised and undergoes bottle conditioning. It balances a refreshing character with assertive bitterness. The brewery, founded in 2006, evolved from a home-brewing hobby into a dedicated operation in a farmhouse on the Smitteweg. 't Leste Lot is made with water, barley and wheat malt, hops, yeast and coriander. Best served at 6–8°C.
