About
Ezelenbok is a traditional bock beer with deep roots in Dutch brewing culture. Originally made famous by SNAB (the Alternative North Holland Brewers' Foundation), this autumn seasonal is now also brewed by Tesselaar Family Brewery. At 7.5% ABV, it represents the full-bodied character of classic bock style. Brewed from four malt varieties—pilsner, Munich, crystal and chocolate malts—and German Hallertau Hersbrücker hops, Ezelenbok delivers a smooth, malty palate with nutty undertones and subtle roasted notes. The moderate bitterness (32 IBU) is well-integrated, leading into a dry, lingering finish that defines the style.
