Left Handed Giant Blancmange

Left Handed Giant celebrates its 11th anniversary with three new collaborative brews, with Blancmange being the result of a partnership with Two Flints. This 6.8% ABV DDH Hazy IPA is part of an ambitious project with malt producer BestMalz, focused on innovation in the brewing process.

The beer is brewed with BestMalz's exclusive NP Ultra-Pale malt, developed to reduce colour whilst maintaining rich texture and flavour complexity. Three hop varieties play distinct roles: Riwaka delivers intense citrus and herbaceous character, Nelson Sauvin adds refined gooseberry notes, and Mosaic Cryo contributes sweetness. The result is a beer with a rich, fluffy mouthfeel.

On the nose, expect citrus and tropical hop aromas with hints of apricot and citrus zest. The palate offers herbal and grassy qualities with cherry and tropical fruit notes, finishing with soft bitterness and a clean aftertaste. Blancmange is an excellent choice for hop enthusiasts seeking balance and refinement in a hazy IPA.
