Brasserie du Pays Flamand is an artisanal brewery founded in 2006 by childhood friends Olivier Duthoit and Mathieu Lesenne. The brewery's flagship beer, Anosteké Blonde, has earned widespread recognition and an impressive reputation — it has been praised as one of the finest blonde beers in the world, achieving a score of 4.6 on TasteAtlas and receiving a Gold rating. The name Anosteké is a phonetic rendering of the Flemish expression for 'until next time.' The brewery also operates a taproom in Blaringhem, offering visitors an immersive craft beer experience in the heart of French Flanders.
