SNAB, which stands for Stichting Noordhollandse Alternatieve Bierbrouwers, is a Dutch brewing foundation based in Purmerend, North Holland. Founded by Peter Kost, SNAB emerged from a passion for craft and alternative brewing at a time when the Dutch beer landscape was beginning to diversify. The name itself reflects the organisation's roots: a North Holland initiative dedicated to brewing beers with genuine character and a story to tell.
