The brewery focuses on craft beer styles that emphasise quality and what they describe as "hinkabilitet" — drinkability in the truest sense. Their portfolio spans a range of modern styles, including American Pale Ales, New England IPAs, and sour beers. All beverages are naturally carbonated, reflecting a commitment to traditional craft brewing methods. The flagship beer, Citrauvin, is an American Pale Ale clocking in at 5.5% ABV with notes of grapefruit, citrus, and pine — a bright and approachable beer that put Odd Island on the map. Among their most talked-about releases is Hazie Dizzie, a hazy New England IPA at 6.2% ABV, which has earned strong ratings among craft beer enthusiasts. The brewery has also produced seasonal offerings such as A Christmas Tale (Winter 2017) and fruit-forward beers like Hallon Passion, demonstrating a playful and creative approach to brewing.
